摘要
采用扫频法测量陶瓷谐振器串联谐振频率、并联谐振频率、谐振阻抗、等效电容、等效电感等参数,推导出各种等效参数的计算方法,并据此构成了实际测试系统。测试系统主要由扫频信号发生器、放大器、分压电路、检波电路、A/D转换器等几部分组成。扫频信号由LAI200任意波形发生卡产生。系统中不仅可以给出陶瓷片的多种参数,而且可以直观地观察到其频率特性曲线。将该测试方法应用到陶瓷谐振器自动化分拣装置上,实验结果表明,可以分拣45片/m in以上。
The swept frequency method was adopted to measure series resonance frequency, inverse resonance frequency, series resonance resistance, inverse resonance resistance, inductance equivalent, capacitance equivalent for ceramic component. Their calculation methods were deduced, and the test equipment was made according to them. The test system consisted of a swept frequency signal generator, an amplifier, a voltage divider, a peak value demodulation and an A/D converter. The swept frequency signal was produced by LAI200 signal generator card. The swept frequency method can measure many parameters of the ceramic component, and can direct-vision display the frequency characteristic curve. The method was applied to the automatic sorting equipment of ceramic component. The experiment results indicate that the test speed reached 45 chips per minute.
