报告7例囊性肾肿瘤的超声表现,并探讨其病理基础改变.6例恶性囊性肾肿瘤中83.3%(5/6)超声表现为多房分隔,囊壁及房壁薄厚不均的囊性肿物,内充满陈旧性出血和/或坏死组织碎屑.

Cystic renal tumor might be easily misinterprede and nondiagnosed in US diagnosis because it could mimic other cystic diseases in many respects. The US findings of cystic neoplasms 7 cases proved by pathology were reviewed. It accounted for 8.8% (7/80) of patients with renal tumor during the same period, in which malignant and benign Tumors were 85.7% (6/7) and 14.3%(l/7). Malignant Cystic nephroma is comprised of multiple variable sized, noncommunicating, the locules is filled with necrotic debris and fresh and/or old hemorrhage, the wall is usually thick and irregular were considered as characteristic.
