本文分析了用CDFI诊断的静脉扩张性疾病214例,其中局限性扩张型占18%,曲张型占39%,整体扩张型占43%.详细阐述了正常和异常静脉的CDFI特征,分析了各型静脉扩张性疾病发生的原因,认为CDFI法可完全,迅速准确观察到静脉血管,血流状态和血管周围的结构和活动情况,能准确判定其病变部位和严重程度,是确定治疗措施,监测病情变化必不可少的检查方法.

In this study ,the authors examined 214 Vein expression Patients with color doppler flow imaging (CDFI), among which regional expasion was 18%. Curred expansion was 39%, whole expansion was 43%. The CDFI characters in normal and abnormal veins were clarified in detail, the causes of different types were analysed. CDFI is a safe and quick method.It can accurately observe vein vessels, blood flow and vessels' outside structures and conditions. It can also accurately judge the parts and severities of pathologicaly changes. CDFI is an indispensable examinating way to determine therapy and supervise the changes of diseases.
