多普勒超声心动图诊断左室假腱索的临床价值

Clinical value of Left Ventricular False Chordae Tendineae Diagnosised by Doppler Echocardiography

190例经心电图检查有室性心律失常和/或体检发现心脏杂音,但其他检查未发现器质性心脏病的患者,均行彩色多普勒超声心动图检查.结果其中156例有左室假腱索.说明左室假腱索不再是一种正常解剖变异,而具有一定的病理意义.

190 cases that had ventricular premature complexes having been diagnosised by electrocardiography and/or had heart murmur diecouered by health examination, but had monorganic heart disease were examed by color dopplor echocardiography. As a result, there were 156 cases had left vetricular false chordae tendineaes (LVFT) in these patients. That means LVFT is no longer a normal differentiation of anatomia, but has pathological meaning.
