生殖激素水平对女性膀胱功能的影响 被引量：3

摘要 随着尿动力学检查的发展和尿道膀胱镜的广泛应用，女性膀胱出口梗阻（BOO）的早期诊断已成为可能。本病病因复杂，目前研究较多的为非神经原性BOO，又以功能性梗阻多见，其中绝大多数为原发性膀胱颈梗阻（PBNO）。文献报道该病可占女性下尿路梗阻患者的20％以上，严重影响了妇女的身心健康。
