基于公司治理视角的上市公司软实力及其信息披露问题研究

Research on Soft Power Based on Company Governance and its Information Disclosure of Listed Companies

软实力正在成为企业竞争力的决定性因素。本文对我国上市公司软实力内涵进行了分析,简要构建了软实力结构模型,并引入公司治理理论,指出其对形成和增强公司软实力的重要意义。文章最后结合当前上市公司信息披露现状,提出对软实力进行信息披露的迫切需求。

Soft power is turning into the decisive factor in competition for enterprises. This paper firstly discusses the meaning about soft power of China＇s listed companies and establishes a simple model of soft power, then draws lessons from the company governance theory and puts forward its importance to forming and strengthening soft power. Finally, this text point out the urgent requirement of information disclosure of soft power with the present information disclosure about listed companies.
