摘要
通过对宽厚板成材率主要影响因素的分析,并结合专家系统,研制开发了成材率管理专家系统。该系统克服了传统坯料设计的缺点,能根据环境的变化进行维护;此外,结合测厚仪和测宽仪实测数据可以对成材率偏低的钢板进行原因分析。经过现场应用表明,利用该软件计算结果比人工预报成材率提高了0.5%～1.0%,并提高了生产效率。
According to the analysis of main factors affecting the wide and heavy plate yield ratio, and combined with expert system, an expert system software of yield ratio management for wide and heavy plate has been successfully programmed. The expert system avoid the conventional assignment system＇s defects,it can be easily maintained for environmental changes. After some times application of the software, it shows that the yield can be increased 0.5 % - 1.0 %, also, it can improve efficiency.
