摘要
针对莱芜钢铁股份有限公司型钢厂因进行产品结构调整,而使原料规格扩大,原加热炉不能满足要求的问题,改进了加热炉结构和冷却系统,优化了控制系统,使新加热炉的产能提高32%,煤气消耗降低28%,且气化烧损降至1%以下。
The reheating furnace can not meet the demand of production because the billet size is larged to products structure adjustment of Laiwu Iron & Steel Co. ,Ltd. Therefore the structure of furnace,cooling system and control system were reformed and optimized. The capacity of new furnace can be increased 32 %, gas consumption ean be decreased 28% ,and oxidation loss can be reduced to below 1%.
