摘要
本文介绍了故障树分析方法。以叉车液压系统为例通过分析系统故障形式、液压系统结构以及组件与系统之间的逻辑关系,绘制了系统的故障树,再依据故障树进行故障排查和诊断。此方法简便、直观、实用,应用于液压系统故障诊断中能够取得令人满意的效果。
This paper introduces the fault tree analysis (FTA) methcd Taking Forklift hydraulic system as an example, the fault trees was constructed according to the internal connection among the system .rod the logical relationship between the parts failure and the system, and based on the fault tree for troubleshooting and diagnosis. This method is simple and intuitive, practical and applied to the hydraulic system fault diagnosis can be achieved satisfactory results.
