摘要
针对液压伺服系统中存在的时变、不确定性及外界未知干扰等影响,提出了灰色预测补偿模糊PID控制方法。该控制方法是利用少数据、贫信息进行灰色预测补偿建模和预测,对系统不确定部分及外界干扰给与一定程度的估计补偿,并结合模糊规则在线调节PID参数,使系统的控制参数达到优化,克服了系统不确定部分和外界未知干扰的影响。仿真结果表明,灰色预测补偿模糊PID控制可使系统性能得到提高。
Considering the parameters variability,uncertainty,interference of the Electro-hydralic Servo System, a control method of fuzzy self-regulating PID control based on grey compensatory prediction is introduced.The method takes advantage of grey model which can self-regulate on line and can provide compensation for uncertainty, interference and prediction based on few dates,few information, and meanwhile the method takes advantage of fuzzy reasoning on line to self-regulate PID so that the parameters can be majorized.The simulation test shows that the method can improve the performance and control precision.
