LASEK联合MMC治疗中高度近视的临床研究

摘要 目的:探讨准分子激光角膜上皮瓣下磨镶术(LASEK)术中联合丝裂霉素C治疗中高度近视的方法及临床结果分析。方法:中度和高度近视92例(184眼),施行LASEK,术中应用MMC,观察术后症状、视力、屈光度、上皮下雾状浑浊(haze)发生率及屈光回退发生率。结果:术后屈光度及裸眼视力均在6月内趋于稳定;屈光回退于术后6个月有36眼(1.96%),术后1年有34眼(1.85%);术后haze2周有有14眼(7.61%),6个月时有13眼(7.01%)。结论:LASEK联合MMC治疗中高度近视疗效确切而安全,能降低haze及屈光回退的发生。 Objective: To probe into the method and clinical results of laser epithelial keretomileusis (LASEK) combined with mitomycin C (MMC) in the treatment of moderate and high myopia. Method: LASEK was performed on 92 cases (184 eyes) of moderate and high myopia. MMC was applied during the operation. Postoperative symptoms, visual acuity, diopter, the incidence of haze and refractive regression were observed. Result: The postoperative diopter and uncorrected visual acuity were turned to be stable in 6 months; refractive regression occurred in 36 eyes (1.96%) after 6 months and 34 eyes (1.85%) after one year; haze occurred in 14 eyes (7.61%) after two weeks and 13 eyes (7.01%) after 6 months. Conclusion: The treatment of moderate and high myopia with the combination of LASEK and MMC is safe with good effect, which can reduce the incidence of haze and refractive regression.
