摘要
目的:探讨以人为本的护理理念在医学美容中心的应用及拓展。方法:通过评估患者的心理状态,运用术前、术中、术后的心理护理及健康指导,建立良好的护患关系。结果:以人为本的护理理念在医学美容中心的运用提高了我们的护理服务质量,改善了医患关系,使"以人为本"的整体护理内涵在美容中心得以提高发展。
Objective.. To discuss the application and expansion of human--oriented nursing philosophy in medical plastic and cosmetic center. Method： Evaluated patients＇ psychological state and established a good nurse--patient relationship through mental nursing and health instruction before, during and after operation. Result： The application of human--oriented nursing philosophy in medical plastic and cosmetic center improved our nursing quality and enhanced doctor--patient relationship
