DNMT3B-283SNP与胃癌易感性的关联分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨DNMT3B基因-283T>C单核苷酸多态性与胃癌易感性的关系。方法:提取外周血基因组DNA,采用PCR-RFLP结合DNA测序技术检测DNMT3B基因-283T>C单核苷酸多态性。结果:携带DNMT3BTT等位基因的个体与对照组相比,其患胃癌的易感性明显升高(P=0.017,OR=1.46,95%CI:1.07-2.01)。结论:DNMT3B基因-283T>C多态性可能与胃癌的易感性有关联。
