摘要
为了降低转杯纱棉结,对转杯纱棉结形成的原因进行了分析,并从生产过程的各个环节采取控制措施,通过合理选配原料,各工序优选工艺参数,加强设备、操作、温湿度管理,使32.4 tex转杯纱棉结有较大幅度的降低。
To reduce rotor yarn neps,its causes were analysed. Control measures in each process were adopted in producing process. After choosing raw material rationally, optimizing each processing parameters, strengthening equipment, operation, temperature and moisture managements, finally neps of 32.4 tex rotor yarn could be reduced greatly.
