摘要
分析RS6939S、FD7039S新型细纱上销作用机理。并在C18.2tex、CJ18.2tex、CJ29tex、CJ14.6tex及CJ/T60/407.3tex多个品种上进行纺纱对比试验。结果表明:RS6939S、FD7039S新型细纱上销能够较大幅度地降低成纱条干CV值、细节、粗节和棉结。在精梳落棉降低3个~4个百分点的条件下,仍能达到较好的成纱质量水平,因而具有较好的经济效果。
RS6939S and FD7039S new spinning top pin operational principles were analysed. Spinning contrast tests were carried out on several products including C 18.2 tex,CJ 18.2 tex,CJ 29 tex,CJ 14.6 tex and CJ/T 60/40 7.3 tex yarn. The result shows that yarn evenness, thin places, thick places and neps could be reduced greatly when adopting RS6939S and FD7039S new spinning top pin. In the condition of reducing combing waste three to four percentage points, yarn quality still could reach higher level so economic effect is better.
