摘要
在华东电网实施资产全寿命周期管理应用的框架下,阐述了数字化变电站的基本特征和发展现状,分析了变电站数字化进程中,实施资产全寿命周期管理在信息获取和状态评估等方面的有效需求,提出了统筹技术性、经济性、可靠性的目标体系,探讨了在全寿命管理中采取质量控制、全局决策、管理信息化、以状态检修推动成本管理的措施构想。
The basic characteristics and development of digital substations are illuminated, and the demand of implementing life cycle management （LCM） of assets for information acquisition and condition evaluation during substation digitalization progressing is analyzed. The targets of integrating technology, economy, and reliability are proposed, and measures for LCM are discussed, including quality control, overall decision-making, management informatization, and promoting cost management by condition-based maintenance.
