The construction scale, the main electrical wiring, the electrical layout, and equipment type election of the 500 kV underground Shibo Substation are presented, as well as determination of the third winding voltage of the main transformer, the service system, the computer monitoring system, and the fire prevention for the main transformer and the high voltage reactor.
