阐述了电网建设工程项目对涉及的各参建单位的主要管理要求,分析了工程建设的信息数据,介绍了基于互联网搭建的项目管理各参建单位协同工作平台。以实际工程范例解析了项目管理信息化模式。
The major management requirements of grid construction projects for related participating companies are illuminated. The information data for engineering construction are analyzed, and the Internet-based cooperation working platform for these companies is presented. The informatization mode for project management is explained through practical engineering project.
