摘要
为了加快区域经济发展和提升区域核心竞争力,在分析产业集群形成的内在机理的基础上,研究了产业集群造就区域竞争优势的条件,提出产业集群化区域创新体系的可行路径。结果表明:建设区域创新体系的关键是促成产业集群形成和发展的制度条件,通过实施集群创导的可行路径,不断优化区域创新环境,提升区域创新能力。
In order to speed up regional economic development and enhance the core competitiveness of the region, the formation of industrial clusters in the analysis of the internal mechanism on the basis of a study of regional industrial clusters to create the conditions for a competitive advantage, the proposed cluster of regional innovation system viable path. The results show that： the building of the regional innovation system, the key is to bring about the formation and development of industrial cluster system, through the implementation of the cluster idea of a viable path to continuously optimize the environment for innovation in the region to enhance regional capacity to innovate.
