摘要
借鉴现在比较通用GEP模型对知识型企业成长型进行评价,考虑到以往GEP模型在设置B系统时主要采用模糊综合评价法,其设定指标权重时往往只是简单的进行专家打分等较为主观的方法,缺少客观性。采用基于信息熵的评价方法确定指标实际分值,使得评判结果更具有客观性,最后选取创业板20家企业的相关数据进行实证研究。
The prevailing GEP mode is referred to eievaluate the growth of knowledge-based enterprises. The GEP mode mainly adopts general comprehensive evaluation method in setting B systems. It often uses some subjective methods like being scored by experts to set the weights of their targets, so it lacks objectivity. This article adopts the evaluation method based on information entropy to determine the actual percentile indicators, making evaluation results more objective, and finally does an empirical study on 20 enterprises.
