红景天对血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆障碍及NMDA机制研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究红景天对血管性痴呆大鼠认知功能及NMDA作用机制。方法:采用双侧颈总动脉永久结扎法制备前脑缺血致血管性痴呆(VD)模型,观察红景天对VD大鼠的神经保护作用;以Morris水迷宫检测大鼠学习记忆能力;以免疫组化检测大鼠海马NR1表达;以分光光度仪检测脑NOS吸光度,计算NOS活力。结果:造模组与对照组相比认知能力明显下降(P<0.01),红景天可以抑制VD大鼠海马神经元NR1及NOS活性的升高。结论:红景天可抵抗模型大鼠神经毒性及NO对神经元的损伤。 Objective To study the effect of Integripetal Rhodiola herb on cognitive functions of vascular dementia rats and the mechanism of NMDA. Methods : Vascular dementia model was made through ligating double arteria earotis eommunis. Then protective effect of Integripetal Rhodiola herb on model nerves was observed. Morris water maze was used evaluating learning and memory in rats, immunohistochemistry was used detecting NR1 expression in NMDA, and spectrophotometry detecting absorbance of NOS in brain. Results:Cognitive ability in model group decreased more remarkably than in control group (P 〈 0. 01 ). So Integripetal Rhodiola herb could markedly repress the expression of NR1 in NMDA, reduce the activity of NOS to stepup. Conclusion: Integripetal Rhodiola herb can antagonize neurotoxicity and protect neuron from damage of NO .
