摘要 目的:研究水通道蛋白4(AQP4)在宫颈鳞状上皮癌变过程中的表达特点及其意义。方法:采用免疫组化EliVision法检测AQP4在20例宫颈正常鳞状上皮、28例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)Ⅰ+Ⅱ级、12例CINⅢ级和33例浸润性癌组织中的表达,分析AQP4表达与肿瘤临床病理因素的关系。结果:在宫颈正常鳞状上皮、CINⅠ~Ⅲ级、浸润性癌组织实质细胞中AQP4的表达逐渐增强,其在浸润性癌与正常组织中的表达差异存在显著性(P<0.05),肿瘤组织伴淋巴结转移者AQP4表达明显高于未转移者(P<0.05)。结论:AQP4的过表达在宫颈鳞癌发生及发展过程中发挥一定作用,通过增加肿瘤细胞对水的通透性,促进肿瘤的侵袭和转移。 Objective To investigate the expression of aquaporin 4 (AQP4) in cervical squamous epithelium with malignant transformation. Methods EliVision method of immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of AQP4 in normal squamous epithelium (NSE,n=20), CIN Ⅰ + Ⅱ grades (n=28), CIN Ⅲ grade (n=12) and invasive squamous epithelia carcinoma (ISEC ,n=33). Then the relationship between AQP4 and the pathological factors of tumors was analyzed. Results The positive expression of AQP4 in parenchymal cells increased accompany with squamous epithelium malignant transformation. AQP4 expression in ISEC was significantly higher than NSE (P 〈 0.05). Expression of AQP4 in cases with lymph node metastasis was also higher than without lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0.05) Conclusions The overexpression of AQP4 plays the important role in carcinogenesis and progression of cervical carcinoma. AQP4 promote the development and metastasis of cervical carcinoma through increasing the permeability of water transport across the tumor ceils.
