摘要
通过实验研究了喷嘴气压、螺旋曲面角度和导引针到空心管距离对纯涤纶喷气涡流纱强度的影响。研究表明:随着喷嘴气压的增加,成纱强度先增大后降低,在500 kPa时达到最佳值;随着螺旋曲面角度的增大,成纱强度先增大后降低,在60°时达到最佳值;随着导引针到空心管距离的增加,成纱强度先增大后降低,在1.5 mm左右时达到最佳值。
This paper presents an experimental investigation on the effect of three parameters nozzle pressure, twisted surface angle and the distance between the needle and the hollow spindle inlet on the tenacity of polyester MVS yarn. The research results show that with the increase of the nozzle pressure, the yarn tenacity first increases and then decreases. The optimal tenacity can be obtained at 500 kPa. With the increase of the twisted surface angle, the yarn tenacity first increases and then decreases. The optimal tenacity can be obtained at 60°. With the increase of the distance between the needle and the hollow spindle inlet, the yarn tenacity first increases and then decreases. The optimal tenacity can be obtained at 1.5 mm.
