乙醇-水溶剂中Rh/TPPTS催化癸烯-1氢甲酰化反应研究 被引量:1

STUDY OF 1-DECENE HYDROFORMYLATION WITH Rh/TPPTS CATALYST USING ETHANOL-WATER SOLVENT

摘要 以 Rh/三-(间磺酸钠基三苯基)膦(TPPTS)为两相反应催化剂,乙醇-水为溶剂,研究了 V(乙醇):V(水)、铑浓度和 c(TPPTS):c(Rh)对癸烯-1氢甲酰化反应的影响。考察了 Rh/TPPTS 催化剂在乙醇-水溶剂中反复循环使用时有机相中铑流失的浓度和催化剂性能变化。结果表明,在4.0 MPa、100℃、c(Rh)=0.005~0.010 mol/L、n(TPPTS):n(Rh)=7.5:1、V(乙醇):V(水)=2/3~3/2、V(CO):V(H_2)=1:1条件下,癸烯-1的2 h 转化率和醛选择性大于95%,醛的正构体与醛的异构体比为2.5~3;Rh/TPPTS 催化剂反复循环使用9次,癸烯-1转化率和醛选择性未出现下降趋势,两相不发生乳化现象,在产物中 Rh 含量0.20μg/g。 The effects of V(ethanol) : V(water), rhodium concentration and TPPTS : Rh (molar ratio) on the hydroformylation reaction of 1-decene using Rh/TPPTS biphasic catalyst in ethanol-water, the reuse of catalyst and the loss of rhodium in organic phase were investigated. The results showed that the conversion of 1-decene in 2 h and the selectivity of aldehyde is over 95%, with normal to branch ratio of 2.5 - 3, under the conditions of reaction temperature 100 ℃, pressure 4.0 MPa, rhodium concentration 0. 005 -0.01 mol/L, n(TPPTS) : n(Rh)= 7.5, V(ethanol) : V(water)=2/3 -3/ 2 and V(CO) : V(H2)= 1 : 1. The conversion of 1-decene and the selectivity of aldehyde do not decline and no emulsification appears in the organic and solvent phase while Rh/TPPTS catalyst was recycled for 9 times. The loss of rhodium in organic phase is ca 0.20μg/g.
