位于我国东部沿海的山东省是一个以国有经济和大型企业为主要经济构成的省份,然而在今年复杂严峻的宏观形势下,中国工商银行山东省分行按照总行统一部署,在服务好大企业的同时把小企业的金融服务工作提到了一个新的战略高度。为全面反映山东省分行在小企业金融服务工作中的艰辛努力和丰硕成果,本刊报道组联合山东分行办公室冯建军副主任,专访了山东省分行沈荣勤行长,请他畅谈山东省分行服务小企业的总体情况;随后,本刊报道组与当地分行组成联合采访组,深入一线调查了潍坊、滨州等分行开展小企业金融服务的具体情况。此篇为上期专题报道的续篇,在总结介绍山东省分行小企业金融服务先进经验的同时,以期对全行深入开展此项工作起到良好的示范作用。
