室温自交联乳液制备及晶须改性涂料性能研究

Preparations and Properties of Whisker-Modified Emulsion Coatings Self-Crosslinked at Room Temperature

合成了室温自交联改性丙烯酸乳液;讨论了功能单体对乳液性能的影响;对乳液的分子量、Tg、粒径等进行了测定。通过添加碳酸钙晶须对其进行改性,制得了综合性能优异、高耐擦洗乳胶涂料。

Acrylic acid emulsion with self-crosslinkable ability at room temperature was prepared.The molecular weight,glass transition temperature,and particle size of emulsion were determined.The emulsion was modified by adding CaCO3 whisker,and an emulsion coating with high anti-scrub ability and good comprehensive properties was obtained.
