饲料中植酸酶活性的测定方法研究

Study on Measurements of Phytase Activity in Feed

采用偏钒酸铵法对饲料中植酸酶的活性进行检测,对pH值进行筛选,与国家标准测定结果进行比较,结果表明本法具有操作简便、重复性好、准确性高的优点。

The phytase activity was measured by methods of vanadium-acid-ammonium at optimized pH.The results were compared with those by national criterions,and shows that this method was advantage with higher veracity and better repetition and easily operated.
