摘要
中医学认为,人的七情是通脏腑的,在中医文献中,"养神"、"摄神"、"调神"等内容占据了核心地位。本文提出了通过恬静淡泊以保神、愉悦自得以守神、顺应四时以畅神、顺志节志以和神、养性移情以怡神等适合现代人的5种养神的方法来调节人的精神情志,从而达到治未病保健康的目的。
According to Chinese Medicine, the human being's seven emotions communicate with Zang- fu, in the literature of Chinese Medicine, the thoughts such as "Cultivating peaceful minds", "Preserving peaceful minds" and "Regulating peaceful minds" etc. have occupied central position. The purpose of this article is to introduce five methods of cultivating peaceful minds to modem people, to prevent diseases and preserve people's health.
