摘要 基于理论解析法和计算机模拟法,用相似模拟方法确定影了响采煤机螺旋滚筒装煤效率的基本物理量。采用量纲分析法导出相似准则,确定模拟装煤的实验参数,应用正交实验的方法对滚筒的装煤效率进行测定。通过对测试结果的分析,得出牵引速度、叶片倾斜角度和滚筒转数三因素对装煤效率影响的程度和它们的最佳组合。 Based on the analysis of slope stability and computer simulation, this paper discusses the use of the method of analogy to obtain parameters affecting the loading efficiency of the screw loading machine in horizontal coal bin. The analogy criterions and equations are built by dimension analysis , simulated coal test parameters are established and the efficiency of loading coal using the drum is determined by the application of the orthogonal experimental methods. The analysis of the test results establishes the extent to which the efficiency of loading coal is affected by the three factors , such as haulage velocity, axial lean vanes and rotational speed and offers the best combination.
