摘要
为了解决大安山煤矿综采工作面出现大范围的厚层夹石、影响生产进度和安全的问题,分析了工作面夹石爆破机理,通过理论分析和现场试验确定夹石爆破参数。结果表明,工作面夹石爆破要严格控制钻孔的方向和层位,切实保证钻孔的合理装药量及其充填质量,可以保证爆破质量;受爆破作用影响,顺槽需要加强超前支护。
The efforts to eliminate the thickness dunn bass adversely affecting production schedule and safety in the fully-mechanized workface in da-an-shan mine consist of the analysis of blasting mechanism of dunn bass form workface and design of blasting parameters by theoretical analysis and field test. The results show that the direction and the position of drill hole should be subjected to strict control to ensure the reasonable explosion weight and the backfill quality, which serves to ensure the quality of blasting, and the pre-supports, subieeted to the effect of blasting, should be strengthened.
