摘要
除国家《文后参考文献著录规则》中规定的必须注释的文献外,还应将范围扩大,坚持《著作权法》作品"不论是否发表,依照本法享有著作权"的精神和"凡引必注"的基本原则。这有利于学术规范的科学化,倡导学术研究的严谨作风。
Besides the national specification on citations, quotations and references, the range of marking citations and quotations should be enlarged, which is beneficial to the normalization of scientific researches and the promotion of academic rigidity.
