摘要
高等医学院校不但是教育人才、培养人才的学府,还是科研成果产出的重要基地。高等医学院校教师不仅是大学的教育者,还是医学科研发展的研究者。但是,目前许多教师并不愿意参与教育科研,对教育科研有较为强烈的心理阻抗,直接影响了自身素质的全面提高和“科研兴教”目标的实现。本文就全面深入了解大学教师对教育科研科研心理(如科研动机和态度等)状态及影响因素进行探讨,为制定活跃和优化高等学校教师科研活动、制定合理科研制度和措施提供科学依据。
Medical colleges and universities are not only educating and training talents of the institution, but also an important base for scientific research output. Teachers are educators, researchers also. At present, many teachers do not want to participate in educational and scientific research. In this paper, we reserch the psychological state and factors of the teacher's education and scientific research, such as motivation and attitude.Provide a scientific basis for the development of rational scientific research system and measures.
