焦炉煤气与高温半焦共处理制备合成气的研究

摘要 采用一定比例的CH4/CO2/H2O模拟工业焦炉煤气,利用常压平推流反应器,在800~1250℃温度范围内考察了CH4的转化反应情况。结果表明:与空白实验相比,半焦的存在可以明显提高CH4分解与重整反应中CH4的转化率,而且会明显改变气体产物的组成。CH4/H2O重整反应过程中同时存在着水煤气变换反应,利用此反应的特点可以通过改变进料中H2O/CO2比例实现气体产物中碳氢比的可调和可控。 The research use a certain ratio of CH4/CO2/H2O simulating oven-gas, the experiment was taken in a Plug Flow Reactor (PFR) from 800 to 1250℃ and the conversion of methane was investigated. The research indicate: compare to the non-catalyst experiment, the exit of coke can accelerate the methane conversion rate of methane decomposition and reforming reaction. And the component of production gas will be changed with the exit of coke. In the reaction of CH4/H2O and reforming, the reaction of water gas shift will be concurrence. Using the character of water gas shift reaction, the ratio of H/C can be adjusted with changing the ratio of H2O/CO2 in the material gas.
