摘要 目的:探讨MSCT增强扫描不同注射速率和穿刺针对造影剂外渗的影响。方法:将平扫后需增强的150例患者按照单双日选择不同种类穿刺针(单日使用螺旋头皮针20G,双日使用套管针20G)和不同注射速率(常规增强速度1ml/s≤速度<3 ml/s;血管成像的注射速度3ml/s≤速度≤5ml/s;灌注成像注射速度5ml/s≤速度<8ml/s)分为两组,观察发生造影剂血管外渗几率。结果:当高速度(3ml/s≤速度≤8ml/s)时,头皮针组更容易引起外渗,与套管针组相比有明显差异,套管针组发生造影剂血管外渗的几率明显小于头皮针组(P<0.05)。结论:MSCT增强扫描时使用套管针可减少造影剂血管外渗,有效提高CT增强的成功率,从而提高疾病诊断质量。 Objective: To explore the influence of different injection speed and puncture needles on the exosmosis of contrast media in enhanced scanning by MSCT. Methods: Spiral scalp needle (20G) and trocar (20G) were respectively applied, in different injection speed ( general contrast scanning speed l ml/s≤speed 〈 3ml/s; injection speed for angiogra- phy 3 ml/s≤ speed 〈 5ml/s ; injection speed for perfusion imaging 5ml/s ≤speed 〈 8ml/s), to 150 patients needed to be given enhanced scanning on odd and even day. The observation was made on odds and exosmosis of contrast media. Re- suits : Spiral scalp needle easily caused exosmosis when injection was in high speed at ≥3ml/s and 〈 8ml/s and odds of exosmosis of contrast media was less when trocar was used( P 〈0. 05 ). Conclusion: Application of trocar can reduce exosmo- sis of contrast media, increase the successful rate and quality of diagnosis when enhanced scanning is performed.
