摘要
目的:探讨护士长工作能力与职业紧张的相关性。方法:采用工作能力指数量表及职业紧张量表修订版对61名护士长进行问卷调查,分析护士长工作能力与职业紧张的相关性。结果:护士长工作能力与职业任务、个体紧张反应呈负相关,与个体应对资源呈正相关。影响护士长工作能力的相关因素有社会支持、任务过重、个体紧张反应、理性处事。结论:护士长工作能力的高低直接影响到医院管理质量的优劣和护理水平的好坏。各医疗机构应尽量减少职业紧张危害因素,以增强护士长的身心健康,提高其工作能力。
Objective: To study the relationship between working ability and occupational stress of head nurse. Meth- ods : Sixty one head nurses were assessed with WAI and OSI - R in order to analyze the correlation between working ability and occupational stress. Results: The investigation showed that working ability had negative correlation with personal strain. The significantly positive correlation was found between working ability and resources to deal with individual. The correlative factors to affect working ability of head nurse were social support, working load and personal strain. Conclusion : Working a- bility of head nurse directly influenced the quality of hospital administration and nursing care. The disadvantage factors to affect head nurses should be reduced as possible as medical institutions can do so as to keep them in healthy mentality and maintain such a working ability.
