摘要
分子标记技术已广泛应用于作物抗性基因的鉴别与研究,成为植物抗性基因研究的重要手段之一。对近年来应用分子标记技术对玉米大斑病所涉及的质量抗性基因和数量抗性基因定位研究和应用作了全面的综述。
Molecular marker technology has already become an important method for studying plant resistance gene. This paper reviewed the recent progress of the appliction of molecular marker technology in various aspects of quantitative and qualitative resistance to NCLB in maize.
