摘要
近年来中国在解决"三农"问题方面已经做了很多努力,取得了一定的成就。但是要想真正解决"三农"问题,更重要的还是要首先认清中国特色的"三农"问题成因和现状,然后根据具体的原因和问题对症下药,采取一系列有效的、具有针对性的措施并辅以相关的宏观经济政策,这样才能更有效的解决中国当前的"三农"问题。
In recent years, Chinese government have made much effort and made the rich achievement in tackling ＂Three Agricultural Problems＂. In order to solve the problems really, we should firstly recognize the cause and present situation of ＂Three Agricultural Problems＂ with Chinese characteristics, then take a series of effective corresponding measures based on specific reasons and problems, and assisted by macro economic policies, only this can more efficient solve the current ＂Three Agricultural Problems＂ in China.
