经络阻滞现象是在人体机能调控过程中出现的一种独特的生命现象。本文对引起针效阻滞的方法、特点及其机理作了比较深入的介绍和分析。特别值得注意的是本文作者及其同工者发现以适当的针刺效应为指标，以针效阻滞定位检测针刺时体表出现的经脉轨迹的方法，这一方法建立在针刺效应的基础上，而且也只有在针刺过程中方能检测出来，对进一步探讨针刺效应的途径和针刺调控的机理都有重要的意义。

Phenomenon of channel blocking is a distinctive character appearing in the functional regulation of human body. It is hard to be interpreted exactly by the knowledge of Western medicine up to know. This paper gives a detailed introduction on the various methods used to elicit channel blocking and their characters. Moreover, a considerable deepgoing analysis on the mechanism underlying the phenomenon is also provided. It is especially worthy to be noticed that the author and his coworkers discovered that by the method of locating the effective blocking point when a proper acupuncture response is taken as index, a particular track following the channel can be plotting out. This method is founded on the basis of acupuncture effect and can only be plotted out during acupuncture. It reveals that except the well-known neruohumoral mechanism, there may be other unknown pathway in realizing acupuncture effect. The facts are significant for further investigation on the pathway of acupuncture effect and the mechanism of functional regulation of acupuncture.
