头孢克肟治疗儿童鼻窦炎的疗效观察

The Effects of Cefixime on Sinusitis in Children

目的观察头孢克肟治疗儿童鼻窦炎的疗效。方法对80例儿童鼻窦炎随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组口服头孢克肟,对照组口服阿莫西林,其它辅助用药两组完全相同。结果观察组三种类型儿童鼻窦炎的治愈率分别为100%、83.3%、66.7%,对照组三种类型儿童鼻窦炎的治愈率分别为22.2%、16.7%、0%,两组的差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论头孢克肟治疗儿童鼻窦炎效果显著,明显优于阿莫西林。

Objective To observe the efficacy of cefixime in the treatment of sinusitis in children. Methods 80 cases of sinusitis in children were randomly divided into observation group （40 cases）and control group（40 cases）. The observation group was treated with cefixime and the control group with amoxicillin, and both of them was treated with the same auxiliary medicines.
