摘要
目的探讨优选胃肠健胶囊的提取制备工艺,为胃肠健胶囊的提取生产工艺改革提供理论支持。方法用均匀设计法安排试验,以提取液中芍药苷的含量为检测指标,考察乙醇浓度、溶剂用量、提取时间对提取率的影响,优选合理提取工艺。结果原料药材采用8倍量90%乙醇提取60m in,可将原料药材中的的芍药苷基本提出。结论该试验结果可为胃肠健胶囊的提取工艺改进提供实验依据。
Objective To investigate the optimum manufactual technology of Weichangjian Capsule. Method The experiments using the uniform design to choose the most suitable condition of extraction technology. The influence of ethanol concentration, solvent dosage and extracting time on content of paeoniflorin in extracting solution were studied. Result The best process was that 8 times of 90% ethanol as extraction solvent,extracted for three one hours. Conclusion The result of this experiment can provide experimental basis to the improvement of production techniques of Weichangjian Capsule.
