摘要
建筑企业竞争战略要建立在项目管理基础之上,以项目的价值最大化为企业竞争战略目标。在企业不同的发展阶段,应进行项目筛选,实现企业的差别化战略;构建有效的项目组织管理机制,降低项目成本,实现企业的成本领先战略。
Construction enterprises competitive strategy must be based on project management, and the value maximization of project should be the strategic object of construction enterprises. In different development stages of enterprises, project selection should be done to realize the differentiation strategy. In order to achieve enterprises' low cost strategy, constructing the mechanism of project organic management and decreasing internal transaction cost in project should be taken.
