摘要
中华人民共和国《劳动合同法》施行一年来,已引起全社会特别是企业界的高度重视,各级有关部门积极努力,用人单位认真配合,劳动关系正逐步走向规范化轨道,但诸如劳动合同签订率低、社会保险参保率低,劳动者工资待遇偏低和工资集体协商等工作不到位的现象仍然比较普遍。改变这一现状,构建和谐的劳动关系,须在普法宣传、工会组织、工作机制、备案制度以及执法监察等方面全面加大力度。
The Labour Contract Law has attracted attention from the whole society, esp. the enterprise circle since its implementation one year ago. The labor relations are going on the right track gradually due to the efforts made by organizations and institutes at different levels. However, the following problems are still very common: low rate of signing labour contract, low rate of taking out insurance, inadequate payment, etc.. To solve these problems so as to establish a harmonious labour relation, enhancement is necessary in the aspects of promulgation of law, organization of trade union, establishment of a sound working system, law implementation and supervision.
