教学质量是高等职业院校生存和发展的生命线,科学有效的教学质量监控体系是提高教学质量的重要保证。系部是学院组织教学活动的主体,是教学管理工作的基层组织,学院教学质量的提高很大程度上有赖于系部教学质量监控的质量;加强系部教学质量监控,建立和完善系部教学质量监控体系,对提高教学质量具有十分重要的意义。

Qualified teaching is of vital importance to the survival and development of higher vocational and technical colleges, while a scientific and effective supervision system is a guarantee to the improvement of teaching quality. Faculities play the main part in organizing teaching activities and serve the fundamental units of teaching affairs administration. The improvement of teaching quality is largely dependent upon the effectiveness of faculty teaching quality supervision. Therefore, the enhancement of faculty teaching qualtiy supervision and establishment of a sound faculty teaching quality supervision system are of great significance to the improvement of teaching qualtiy.
