我国艾滋病防治主要督导与评估工作的描述性分析

The description analysis of main monitoring and evaluation on national HIV/AIDS prevention and control programs

目的分析我国艾滋病防治主要督导与评估工作的现状,同时对督导与评估中存在的一些主要问题进行了探讨。方法选择在我国开展的5个艾滋病防治主要工作或项目作为调查对象,通过对调查对象定性和定量资料的收集与分析,概括出研究对象的主要特点。结果调查对象总体上能按计划开展督导与评估活动,并有一定的经费投入,做到多种督导与评估形式相结合。督导与评估结果能及时反馈并利用各种形式发布督导与评估信息。结论各种形式督导与评估结果在推动各自项目工作的同时,对国家艾滋病防治工作起到了积极的作用。

Objective Analyze the status of M＆E on national HIV/AIDS prevention and control, and discuss some main problems which were existed. Methods We chooses five prime work or the project of HIV/AIDS prevention and control which develops in our country as our research objects, through collection and analysis of qualitative and quota material for investigation object, the main characteristic of the research object was refracted. Results The investigative object can mainly develop the M＆E according to plan, and certain funds are been invested, achieving many kinds of M＆E form unifies. The result of M＆E can feed back promptly and use each form to disseminate the information of M＆E. Conclusions The M＆E results were not only strengthening each programs work, but also playing an active role in the national HIV/AIDS prevention and control.
