游离足第二趾末节移植手指指尖再造

Reconstruction of finger tip by transplantation of the second toe

目的利用足第二趾末节移植再造手指指尖缺损,观察临床效果。方法对17例21指手指指尖缺损患者,切取足第二趾末节,采用吻合指-趾血管的方法重建血液循环进行修复。结果再造手指全部成活,其中1指于术后36h发生血管危象,手术探查发现动脉栓塞,经重新吻合后血管危象解除,手指成活。术后经5个月～2年随访,手指外形恢复良好,远侧指间关节活动接近正常,两点辨别觉4～6mm。结论采用足第二趾末节移植修复是治疗手指指尖缺损的理想方法。

Objective To report the method of recoustruction of finger tip by transplanting distal part of the second toe and observe the clinical effect.Methods The ripair of finger tip defectFor 21 fingers in 17cases,was out by transplanting distal part of the second toe and reconstructing blood circulation through finger-toe vessel anastomosis.Results All reconstructed fingers survived. One finger occurred vascular crisis in 36 hours after operation and artery embolization was found through operation ascertainment. The vascular crisis was released after re-anastomosis and the finger survived. After following-up observation for 5 months to 2 years, the shape of the repaired fingers recovered well and the movement of distal joint of the finger was close to normal situation with 2-PD 4-6mm.Conclusion It is an ideal method to repair finger tip defect by transplanting distal part of the second toe.
