周围神经生物活性管桥的制备和应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 神经损伤后由于存在神经缺损、神经瘤及瘢痕形成等原因,通过自发神经再生往往失败,需要外科干预来修复神经缺损。在人体短于1cm神经缺损可以直接缝合,更长的神经缺损往往需要自体神经移植来修复。自体神经移植目前被认为是修复周围神经缺损的“金标准”,但由于存在供区缺乏、供区后遗症、移植物瘢痕化、塌陷、再生轴突弥散等问题,使自体神经移植在临床的应用受到限制。
