钢丝内固定法治疗手部小关节骨折

摘要 对2002年4月~2005年12月接诊的合并关节内骨折的手外伤患者,采取0.25mm的钢丝进行固定,取得了较好疗效,报道如下。 1资料与方法 1.1一般资料 本组38例,男34例,女4例,年龄25—47岁,掌指关节13例,近节指间关节18例,远节指间关节7例,骨折片最小0.2cm×0.3cm,最大0.3cm×0.5cm。
