Research & Implementation of Outpatient Appointment and Queuing Management System in Hospital Based on Lean Thinking

摘要 给出了优化后的门诊预约与排队业务流程;阐述了基于C/S和B/S模式的四层分布式的系统体系结构;基于精益思想提高了所设计系统的运行效率并显著减少了患者和医生的等待时间,系统已应用于上海市第七人民医院。 The business process of an outpatient appointment and queuing system was given. The system structure having four-tier distributed architecture based on B/S and C/S was described. The system operation efficiency was improved and patients' waiting time was substantially reduced on the basis of lean thinking. Now the proposed system has been applied in the 7th people's hospital of Shanghai.
