摘要
本文运用因子分析和结构方程模型对国内企业的供应链快速响应能力、客户满意度、企业竞争力和企业绩效之间的关系进行了分析。结果表明:通过提高供应链的快速响应能力可以提高客户满意度、增强企业竞争力,进而提升企业绩效;通过提高客户满意度可以增强企业竞争力;供应链快速响应能力与企业绩效之间不存在直接的显著正相关关系。
With factor analysis and structural equation model, this paper analyses the relationship on the quick response ability of the supply chain, customer satisfaction, business competitiveness and business performance of domestic enterprises. The results show that: increasing quick response ability of the supply chain can increase customer satisfaction and improve the business competitiveness, then enhance business performance, increasing customer satisfaction can improve the business competitiveness, there are not direct significant positive correlation between quick response ability of the supply chain and the business performance.
