石蜡基油加氢异构脱蜡生产润滑油基础油

PRODUCING LUBE BASE OIL FROM HYDRO-ISOMERIZATION DEWAXING OF PARAFFIN BASE OIL

采用壳牌公司SLD-821加氢异构脱蜡催化剂为核心的三段加氢催化剂在实验室对新疆克拉玛依石蜡基原油减四线馏分油、轻脱油进行三段加氢工艺试验,并经过了工业生产运行。结果表明,在适宜的操作条件下,可以生产出APIⅡ,Ⅲ类润滑油基础油。

Experiments of 3-stage hydrogenation of distillate from 4th side stream of vacuum distillation tower and light deasphahed oil from Karamay paraffin base crude have been performed in the laboratory using SHELL＇s hydro-isomerization dewaxing catalyst SLD-821, and commercial operation has been carried out. The results show that lube base oils of API Ⅱ and Ⅲ grades can be produced at appropriate conditions.
